Chang`s Garden in Arcadia

The food here is excellent. We have only used take out. They have fortune cookies but you have to ask for them and Soy sauce. I love the sauted green beans with out pork. The shrimp fried rice is excellent. They also have something called Green Onion Pie it's a delicious flat bread like bread but taste great. I also loved the Fish Fillet w/Black Bean Sauce it was cooked to perfection. My children liked the Hot Braised Shrimp primarily because of the sauce. Bon Appétit!

Excellent! After 5 years the first time back with friends. 2019/Okt dishes changed - not so good as before
